Course Registration
1. How do I register for courses in the TEFL program at Chulalongkorn University once I get admitted?
To register for courses, log in to the course registration website at https://www.reg.chula.ac.th/en/ with your student ID. Once logged in, you can view available courses for the semester, select your desired courses, and complete the registration process.

3. When is the registration period for TEFL courses?

4. Where can I check the course schedule of each semester?

5. Can I add or drop TEFL courses after registration?
Yes, students can add or drop courses during the designated "Add/Drop" period at the beginning of the semester. The exact dates are provided in the academic calendar available on the website of the Office of Registrar or CUNEX application.
6. What should I do if a course I want to register for is full?
If a course is full, you can contact the TEFL program office or the course instructor to inquire about waitlisting options or the possibility of enrolling in the course if a spot becomes available. This must be done before the semester begins.
7. How can I check if my registration was successful?
After completing the registration process, you can verify your registration by checking your enrolled courses on the registration website. Meanwhile, you can check your requested registration result (CR74) to see the courses that are successfully registered and the courses that are not registered.
8. Can I take elective courses from other departments as part of the TEFL program?
Yes, students are generally allowed to take elective courses from other departments. It is best to consult with your academic advisor to ensure the elective course aligns with your program requirements. This must be done within the first two weeks after the semester begins.

9. What happens if I miss the registration deadline?
If you miss the registration deadline, you may still be able to register during the late registration period with a penalty fee. This must be done within the timeline. It is important to act quickly, as failing to register during the late period may prevent you from enrolling in courses for the semester. Refer to the “Course Registration Manual” under Section 4.
