Admission Procedures
- Before students are considered for admittance to a graduate program, all admission requirements must be met.
- Completed Program application. (Online Application form TEFL application)
- Completed Graduate School application. (Online Registration System - Chulalongkorn University Graduate School)
- Prepare the required documents stated in List of Required Documents.
- 34 USD or 1,000 Thai baht nonrefundable application fee. The application cannot be processed without the application fee. (Application Fee Payment Method)
- Statement of Purpose. (pdf , doc)
- Two (2) letters of recommendation. Online letter of recommendation. (letters of recommendation)

Guidelines For Application Documents
- Insufficient documents may result in the application being declined.
- All documents must be in the English language.
- All documents must be in pdf format and saved under the applicant’s name to prevent missing or not traceable files.
- All documents must be certified true a copy of the original with your signature.

List of required documents to be uploaded with the application:
- Photocopy of passport or Thai national identification card.
- Transcript of previous degree(s). Must show the name of courses and cumulative GPA.
- A document to equivalate or converse your GPA to the 4.0, which is officially certified. (Only if the official transcript is not in the 4.0 system.)
- Proof of payment for the application fee (34 $ US or 1,000 Thai baht.) (Application Fee Payment Method)
- Official copy of English language test result.
- Statement of purpose. (pdf , doc)
- 2 Letters of recommendation. Please send this link to the recommenders to submit the online recommendation letter. (Letters of recommendation)
- Applications for the “Graduate Scholarship Programme for ASEAN or Non-ASEAN Countries” must fill in the scholarship application separately and submit it directly to the program. After you have been admitted to the program (pass the interview process and you are already a student at our university) the students will nominated by the program committee.
