Request Forms Submission Procedures
Student can request forms at Office of the Registrar Chulalongkorn University. When the student finishes filling and submitting the Google Form of such request form, the student will receive a PDF file of that request form with the information in the e-mail of the Chulalongkorn student. The student must sign in this request form and send the signed request form with supplementary documents (if any) to the ask for the academic advisor's approval via email. The request form will then be processed.
To access the e-mail of the Chulalongkorn student, you can enter by link via Chulalongkorn website at https://www.it.chula.ac.th/service/email-student/and then click icon of Student E-mail or you can access it directly by https://outlook.com/chula.ac.th
If you did not receive the PDF file within an hour after submitting the form, or if there are any questions regarding the PDF file, please send an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your Student ID number and the request form number shown in the subject of the e-mail you received.
