Editorial Policies

Focus and Scope

JOURNAL OF RESEARCH METHODOLOGY (ISSN 0857-2933; ISSN (Online) 2697-4835is published triannually (January-April, May-August, September-December) by the Department of Educational Research and Psychology, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University. JRM is the Thailand’s leading double-blind peer-reviewed journal which publishes research articles, reviews, and letters in all areas of education and related areas. The scopes of JRM include, but are not limited to, the following fields:

The emphasis of JRM is on publishing quality articles and making them freely available to researchers and interested members of the public, not only in Thailand, but also around the world.  Published articles of JRM are indexed by the ULRICH's International Periodicals Directory, Thai-Journal Citation Index (TCI), and ASEAN Citation Index (ACI). In addition, JRM is determinedly working towards inclusion of its articles into other international databases such as the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI), Educational Research Abstracts Online (ERA), Social Sciences Citation Index, and Scopus.

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
